Data Deletion
No account, no server-side game data — deletion is mostly in your hands.
FarmVerse doesn't use accounts
There's no sign-in and no FarmVerse-hosted user database. Your gameplay data — farm state, cash, unlocked crops and countries, badges, profile photo, farmer name, theme, and language choice — is stored only on your own device. We never receive or store a copy of it.
How to delete your gameplay data
- Reset in-app: open the FarmVerse app → Settings → Reset Progress. This immediately and permanently erases your farm, cash, and unlocks on that device, including your profile photo.
- Uninstall the app: uninstalling FarmVerse from your device removes all of its locally stored data, including any files in the app's private storage.
Either method is instant and doesn't require contacting us, since there's nothing on our end to delete.
Analytics data
FarmVerse uses Firebase Analytics, which is not tied to your name or any account — it identifies your device only via an anonymous app-instance identifier, not personal information. If you'd like your analytics history disassociated, you can reset your device's advertising identifier (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID), which breaks the link Firebase uses to group past events to your device going forward. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Website email signup
If you signed up for launch updates on this website, we hold only your email address. To have it deleted:
- Use the Unsubscribe link in any email we've sent you, or
- Email app.zenerly@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the email address to remove — we'll confirm once it's done, typically within a few business days.
Local multiplayer (Nearby)
Nearby gifts and farmer names are exchanged directly between two devices and are never sent to any server. There's nothing for us to delete — the data simply lives in the receiving player's local gameplay state, and is erased the same way as any other gameplay data (see above).
